Yes, it is per studio.
  • Each of the main studios is spacious enough to set a holding area. We can provide caster tables with chairs
  • If you need a private holding area, you may upgrade and rent our available spaces: Audio room, Guest room, Mezzanine
  • Yes, we have designated areas in each studio where food is allowed.
  • Yes, we would be very glad to show you our space and we hope you will consider Balay Kobo for your shoot location
  • A 50% down payment of the studio rental fee shall be required in order to reserve a slot at the studio
  • We will observe a no downpayment-no reservation policy
